Take the time to refresh and recharge in the presence of your sisters.

For the first time, Miri Piri Academy is offering a women’s camp at Dashmesh Sadan, the home of Yogi Bhajan, in Anandpur Sahib. The camp will start at Miri Piri Academy in Amritsar and together we’ll travel to Anandpur Sahib for five full days of practice and togetherness. After that, we’ll travel back to Miri Piri Academy and spend two days visiting the Golden Temple and other sacred sites.

Taking a break from the demands of daily life to focus on oneself and one’s spiritual practice is essential. One week is not enough but it’s a start!

This time together will include many practices and togetherness, including a daily recitation of Sukhmani Sahib, the Jewel of Peace, composed by Guru Arjan Dev Ji.

All women are invited, including teenagers 13 and older (accompanied by a parent or guardian).

“Your strength is in your purity and piety, and your power is in your projection, in your service. Your beauty is in your manners, and your understanding. And your bounty is in your openness and love”. – Yogi Bhajan

There is wealth and depth of information in the Women’s teachings in Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan which reflects the respect given to the divine feminine in Sikhism. Our program is an exploration and practice of both Kundalini Yoga and Sikhi.
