Other Charges

Incidental Account Deposit

The incidental account is used for all charges for your child, such as medical expenses, textbooks, school trips, and uniform expenses.

An initial deposit of 75,000 INR is made at the beginning of the school year.

The incidental account must be replenished whenever the balance drops below 10,000 INR.

Trips

Students travel periodically throughout the year. Trips to Anandpur Sahib generally cost 5000 INR, short (3 day) trips to nearby locations like Dharamshala, Chandigarh or Delhi generally cost 16,000 INR with the longer spring trip costing 60,000 INR. Expect for trips to cost approximately 1,10,000 INR over the course of the year.

Spending Money

Parents must provide a minimum of 50,000 INR per year, per child, for spending money. Students can take out this spending money from the accounts office.

Day & Boarding School

SIBLING DISCOUNT

Sibling discount of 5% is applied to the second child where applicable. If a third child is enrolled, that child will receive a discount of 10%.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Day School fees are paid in quarterly payments. Boarding School fees are paid bi-monthly, including an initial deposit of 25%.

LATE FEES

We expect timely payment of fees by their due dates. Past due balances result in late fee interest penalties and restricted student benefits.
