Most of our courses are open to the general public with no specific prerequisites or requirements for enrolment. For those interested in our Level 2 Teacher Training, completion of Level 1 Teacher Training in Kundalini yoga is a prerequisite to receive the KRI completion letter; it is however open to other practitioners of yoga for the experience without receiving the KRI completion letter.
Yes, the courses will be offered in English. The use of English as the medium of instruction allows international participants to engage effectively in the courses. English is also widely spoken and understood in Amritsar. If there is a group that would require translation and can bring a translator themselves, we can discuss further. We can also create specific courses with translation when requested.

All participants will be generally eating North-Indian Vegetarian meals. Those with dietary restrictions should mention them in the appropriate place in the application form. We will do our best to accommodate restrictions.
