3HO seeks to inspire everyone, everywhere to realize their full potential through the uplifting experience of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. 3HO stands for Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization and serves by sharing Kundalini yoga teachings, bringing people together through online and digital events, and highlighting seva projects conducted by Kundalini yogis around the world.

3HO Europe serves, connects and supports the European Kundalini Yoga community. 3HO Europe is a non-profit foundation dedicated to spreading Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and related teachings for the benefit of physical, mental and spiritual health. 3HO serves the European community by fostering connections between teachers, organizing the European Yoga Festival and highlighting the work of the European community.
SikhNet
SikhNet is a source of inspiration that nurtures spiritual growth and supports a Sikh lifestyle, serving a global and diverse community in the spirit of Oneness and Chardi Kalaa.
SikhNet is a global virtual community for Sikhs and all those interested in the Sikh way of life. We offer the Daily Hukamnama from the Golden Temple, the largest online collection of Gurbani Kirtan, Sikh-related news and inspirational content, as well as animated Sikh stories and online courses on the teachings of Sikhism. SikhNet broadcasts temple services and devotional music through the SikhNet Play radio. SikhNet provides spiritual education and resources in a non-judgmental, neutral environment intended to inspire and uplift all who participate.
Sikh Dharma International
Since 1973, Sikh Dharma International (SDI) has been a recognized non-profit 501c(3) religious organization in the United States and an effective vehicle for spreading the teachings of the Sikh Gurus and serving the needs of the global Sikh Sangat (community). Our motto is Serving the One in All. SDI exists to serve and uplift humanity through the universal teachings of the Sikh Gurus and the path of Sikh Dharma, as shared by Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan.
The Legacy of Yogiji Foundation
Dedicated to caring for the properties of Yogi Bhajan all around the world. The Legacy of Yogi Bhajan Foundation is to preserve and maintain and make available for the meditative public, those heritage properties that Yogiji developed for future generations: Guru Ram Das Ashram in Los Angeles, Guru Ram Das Puri in New Mexico and Yogiji's Espanola Ranch. These properties were specifically designed for meditation, contemplation and prayer and are places where the public can directly experience Yogiji's vision, personality and connection with Guru Ram Das, the fourth Sikh Guru.
Kundalini Research Institute
KRI's mission is to make the benefits and practice of Kundalini Yoga, based on the Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, accessible to all people from all backgrounds. The Kundalini Research Institute supports the practice of Kundalini Yoga by creating the standards of Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and certifying Kundalini Yoga teachers; supporting research on the effects of Kundalini Yoga; publishing books and manuals; and maintaining the Library of Teachings.
EPS
EPS serves the ethics of 3HO, KRI, and Sikh Dharma global communities through education and respectful processes. EPS strives to nurture and strengthen a culture of ethical behaviour and integrity within Kundalini Yoga and Dharmic communities, where commitment to non-harm ensures all voices are heeded, all individuals are treated with respect, and all hold accountability for their actions.
