MPA is a Cambridge International school modelled on the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, Sikh philosophy and lifestyle and the XP school model (UK). Since our curriculum is delivered primarily through interdisciplinary learning expeditions, we are looking for teachers who not only have a strong command of their subject matter but are able to plan learning opportunities with teachers in other departments to create a holistic learning experience for our students.
We are primarily looking for Humanities (English & Social Sciences) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) teachers who can bring passion, care and a love of learning to our children. In all areas we strive to incorporate art and technology as well as local fieldwork opportunities. Our teaching and administrative staff come from many backgrounds and faiths, both locally and globally. What unites us is our love of teaching and learning.
What we offer:
MPA is an international school located on a 13 acre campus on the outskirts of Amritsar, around 30 minutes from the Golden Temple. Our campus is very beautiful with many sports fields and gardens. Classrooms and living quarters have air-conditioning, heating, and are outfitted with air purifiers. Much of our food is grown on campus with water filtered from an onsite well.
