What fascinated me the most about the school was the community. In my old school, we were 1000 people and I knew about 10% of those people. Here, I know everyone. I know what’s wrong with them, I know what’s right with them, I know them. They’re my brothers and sisters. I live with them every day. It’s just something you don’t get anywhere else in the world. What keeps me here; why I want to come back every single year is the friendship, is the community. I really enjoy having that here and nowhere else in the world can you find a place like this.
What I like about school is the whole thing. Only sports wouldn’t work, only yoga wouldn’t work, only academics wouldn’t work; it’s the whole package that you get. Even though you hate parts of it, you do them because you know they’re good for you in the end. Like right now I’m doing academics because one day it’s going to be helpful.
Whatever I do next, I really want to get experience. Experience outranks everything. You can know everything in the world but what really gives you power is an experience. I want to get experience. I want to work as much as I can and make as many mistakes as I can and get experience.
