The group worked on identifying the core strengths of our teacher leaders. It was an interesting interaction where we brainstormed the strengths and weaknesses of each team member. After this , the teacher leaders were identified on the basis of the following core strenghts:
Relationship Builders within our Organization
System Thinkers within our Organization
Problem Solvers within our Organization
Innovators within our Organization
We realized what a great support was created within the existing faculty members, where we could work with each other and learn from each others experience and expertise. Where we originally had only only a couple of teachers to support us, we suddenly discovered that 10 of us could learn from each other.
