Kirat – USA – 16yrs – I like to do yoga at MPA because it makes me feel strong, and I like seva at the Golden Temple. I can’t do that at home. I am different now because I am friends with more people and I’m playing sports with everyone else.
Manee – UK – 16yrs – At MPA I have learned how to live a lifestyle that will benefit me for the rest of my life. I have learned that I can do anything if I put my mind to it and I have the discipline that MPA gave me to go through anything.

Anna – Germany – 16yrs – At MPA I have learned to think in a less superficial way, to be independent and to take care of myself. I have learned that there is a lot I want to work on and how to do that. I have learned that I can keep up even if I think I can’t. When I graduate I’m planning on going to college in Germany or the US and teaching Kundalini yoga.
Amrit Kaur – UK – 14yrs old – I’ve learned that I like to be healthy and that yoga and PT help me get stronger.
