Starting the Day

Here at MPA the students experience their sadhana each morning in a different way.

Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays for example, are days to start with formation at 5:45 am and then go into reciting Japji Sahib following by PT, physical training, which is done in the fields, if the weather permits, or else they will have their practice inside the yoga room.
