We are about half way through with 40 day sadhna and 40 day seva. This year we are stepping up our sadhna game with 31 minutes of sat kriya, 31 minutes of sodarshan chakra kriya, and 31 of kirtan kriya. These three kriyas were given by Yogi Bhajan to guide us through into the Aquarian Age. This weekend we are on a sports trip to Delhi. We got to the Bangala Sahib Niwas at midnight last night, but we weren’t about to let that stop our sadhna. So despite our late night and lack of space, we still got up to meditate and start our day with energy and focus.
